I manage the day to day operations of the Company; including trouble-shooting calls, managing the billing and collections, human resources, payroll and customer service.

What do you like best about your business and/or your job?
The innovation that keeps happening within the industry and see it come together in the projects. I enjoy working with my guys, we make things happen.

What have you learned “on the job” that you could not have learned without this experience?
I’ve learned that no matter how much thought and planning is put into a job. When a technician arrives, the job may not go as initially planned out. So we must rally and come up with a new plan, which works just as good as the original, if not better.

What do you do when you’re not working?
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and, weather permitting, biking.

What three words describe you best?
Polite, conscientious and well organized.

We have to think fast and adapt to the ever-changing daily demands that consume each day. We pride ourselves on thinking on our feet, adapting to change and coming up with client-pleasing innovative solution on-the-fly.
