What do you like best about your business and/or your job?
I really enjoy learning the next new and exciting technology almost every day. Meeting and dealing with all types of people keeps my day action-packed.
What have you learned “on the job” that you could not have learned without this experience?
Client relations and customer service are the most important part to this industry. You only learn these two things while actually working with clients and others in the industry.
What do you do when you’re not working?
I love being with my kids. Nothing brings me more happiness than play time as well as watching them grow, succeed, and fail and teaching them how to deal with both success and failure. After that, in this order, Bears, Hawks, Cubs, Bulls.
What three words describe you best?
Hard-working, patient, and caring.
